For companies

Describe the problem. The technical route is on us.

The clearer the scenario, the more direct the answer. We come back to understand the context before proposing scope, timeline or price.

Describe your need

Fields marked with * are required.

Who is asking

We use your work email to route the request to the right sales team.

About the need

Tells us whether the conversation starts with an assessment or already with a proposal.

Guides the proposal. If there is no range yet, choose “not defined yet”.

Optional. Knowing what already exists shortens the assessment.

What happens after you send it

  1. We get back to you

We reply through the channel you provided, to confirm the scenario and clear up whatever was left open.

  2. Assessment

We take in the problem, the business context and what already exists in systems and infrastructure.

  3. Proposal

Scope, assumptions, what stays out, how the work runs, an estimated timeline and the investment.

  4. Supervised delivery

Increments validated with you, plus support according to what is contracted.

Solutions

Solutions brought together under one company

Security and data protection

A resume is sensitive data. We treat it that way.

Anyone entrusting a resume to SafeCortex is handing over a phone number, a career history and salary expectations. Anyone hiring is handing over strategic information about their own team. Both call for more than a promise.

No resume is public

Files are stored outside the public area of the server, under a system-generated name. No address on this site reaches a resume, a phone number or a salary expectation.

Restricted, logged access

Every resume download requires an authenticated session and an authorized role, and is recorded in an audit trail with user, date and origin. That is what makes it possible to answer who accessed what.

Consent with evidence

Each acceptance stores the date, time, origin address and the exact text the person read. Brazilian data protection law places the burden of proving consent on the controller — and that is what gets recorded.

Right to erasure honoured

At any time the data subject may request access, correction or deletion. Removal erases the resume and the personal data, keeping only unidentifiable statistics.

Client confidentiality

Roles can be published without identifying the hiring company. The name is only revealed to the candidate at the stage agreed with you.

Limited purpose

Candidate data is used only for recruitment and selection. We do not sell data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

Every point above is detailed in the Privacy Policy, including retention periods and how to exercise your rights.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us before starting.

Which technologies do you use?

The choice depends on the problem, on the client's environment and on who will maintain the system afterwards. Each solution page lists the technologies we work with in that area — and the decision is never about the preference of whoever writes the code.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Yes, as contracted. Support can be arranged as corrective maintenance, continuous support or on-demand service. Coverage, hours and response times are defined in the contract — there is no single published SLA that applies to every client.

Do you take over systems built by another company?

Yes. In that case we start with an assessment of the code, the infrastructure and the existing documentation, so we can say clearly what can be kept, what needs fixing and what is worth rewriting. That assessment comes before any proposed scope.

Do you work with partners?

Yes. Part of our services — mainly video, design and on-site installation — may be delivered with the support of specialist professionals and partners, depending on the scope. Those professionals are not presented as in-house staff, and responsibility for the delivery and for communication with the client remains with SafeCortex.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

With the client. Accounts are created in the contracting company's name, the code lives in its repository, and we document what was implemented. We do not build technical locks to force a contract to continue.
