What we do with your data
Your data is used exclusively in SafeCortex recruitment processes. Your CV is not public at any address on this site and is only accessed by authorised staff. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
Privacy PolicySecurity and data protection
A resume is sensitive data. We treat it that way.
Anyone entrusting a resume to SafeCortex is handing over a phone number, a career history and salary expectations. Anyone hiring is handing over strategic information about their own team. Both call for more than a promise.
No resume is public
Files are stored outside the public area of the server, under a system-generated name. No address on this site reaches a resume, a phone number or a salary expectation.
Restricted, logged access
Every resume download requires an authenticated session and an authorized role, and is recorded in an audit trail with user, date and origin. That is what makes it possible to answer who accessed what.
Consent with evidence
Each acceptance stores the date, time, origin address and the exact text the person read. Brazilian data protection law places the burden of proving consent on the controller — and that is what gets recorded.
Right to erasure honoured
At any time the data subject may request access, correction or deletion. Removal erases the resume and the personal data, keeping only unidentifiable statistics.
Client confidentiality
Roles can be published without identifying the hiring company. The name is only revealed to the candidate at the stage agreed with you.
Limited purpose
Candidate data is used only for recruitment and selection. We do not sell data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

How does the SafeCortex talent pool work?
You register with your area, seniority, technologies and availability, and send your CV. When a role matching your profile opens, we get in touch to present the opportunity. The registration applies to SafeCortex's own vacancies.
Is my CV public anywhere?
No. There is no public address on this site that shows a CV, phone number, email or salary expectation. Files are kept outside the server's public area and are only accessed by authorised staff, with an audit trail.
Do I need to meet every requirement to apply?
No. The requirements describe the ideal scenario, not an elimination checklist. If your experience speaks to the problem the role needs to solve, it is worth applying — the rest is what the conversation is for.
What happens after I apply?
Your application enters that role's process and you can follow its progress through your portal. We tell you when the status changes, including when the process ends without moving forward — a negative answer is still an answer.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes, at any time, through the data protection officer's channel given in the Privacy Policy. You can also request access to what we hold and correction of anything out of date.
