IT outsourcing and teams
IT operations run by SafeCortex: dedicated professionals, teams on demand or the whole function, with technical management and formal support channels.
What we do
We take on part or all of a company's IT operation, with technical responsibility for the outcome — not simply people placed on site.
The difference is in who answers for it working. The work runs on processes, formal support channels and a record of what was done, so that the operation does not depend on one specific person being available that day.
Ways of working
Partial or full operation
We take on one specific front or the whole IT function, depending on what the company wants to keep in house.
Dedicated professionals
Professionals assigned to the client, with technical management and continuity as SafeCortex's responsibility.
Teams on demand
A team assembled for a project or a defined period, disbanded when the scope ends.
L1, L2 and L3 service desk
Support structured in levels, with escalation defined between them.
Roles we typically operate
- L1, L2 and L3 technical support
- Infrastructure, networks and servers
- DevOps, SRE and automation
- Cloud and environment administration
- Information security
- Monitoring and NOC operations
- Development and ongoing maintenance of systems
How it works
-
Understanding the operation
Survey of what exists today, what is critical and what the company wants to keep in house.
-
Defining the model
Roles, coverage, support channels and limits of responsibility agreed in writing.
-
Transition
Documentation, access and knowledge handover before taking over the operation.
-
Operation and review
Running the day to day with tickets recorded and periodic review of what is working.
How the work is organised
- Requests come through formal channels — ticket, e-mail or monitoring — not direct messages
- What is done stays recorded, so the knowledge does not leave with the person
- Replacement and continuity are SafeCortex's responsibility, under the terms of the contract
- The team is adjusted as the operation grows or changes
What this is not
It is not hourly staffing, nor CV brokering. It is also not a promise of cost reduction: depending on what the company runs today, cost may fall, stay the same, or rise in exchange for predictability and coverage.\n\nScope, coverage, response times and replacement rules are set in the contract, case by case. We do not publish a response or availability figure meant to apply to every client.
Shall we talk about what you need?
Describe the scenario and we come back with the possible options, what needs assessing and how the work could be run.
